Description
Respond to inquiries by phone or in person. Maintain and update the ranking, inventory, correspondence and database systems. Open and route mail and parcels received. Process reports, application forms, receipts, expenses and other similar information. Experience in the use of applicable computer software and operating systems (ie: Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc…) Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s Licence Maintenance of the car fleet (transportation of the ministerial vehicle to the garage).
